Cheap Single Pushchairs

If you're on a budget and don't need a stroller that can double as car seat carriers the Babyzen Yoyo is a good option. It comes with a simple one-step foot brake that's flip-flop comfortable.

It's easy to push, and it is solid when navigating kerbs and woodland paths. It's also easy to fold.

1. Babyzen YOYO2

The Babyzen YOYO2 has earned itself a reputation as the ultimate light-weight buggy for jet-setters and city dwellers alike, thanks to its super nimble manoeuvrability and foldable design that can be tucked away in the overhead luggage of aeroplanes. The latest version has independent suspension on all 4 wheels made of Hytrel elastomer, which allows it to  effortlessly traverse all terrains and types'.

The bent fabric bassinet, base YOYO2 and 6+ months colour pack combine to create a stylish pushchair with a subtle elegant design. The frame's weight is less than a kilogram and is so light you can lift it out of the box with just one hand.

It's also easy to add or remove attachments, adaptors, or adaptors - the hood, for example, snaps onto the YOYO2 using reassuring clicks - as well as being machine washable at 30deg to help deter staining from rice cakes that have been smashed and half-dissolved carrot puffs. It can be used as a pram right from birth using the Newborn Pack or bassinet, or converted to stroller at 6 months old by clicking on the YOYO Connect additional chassis.

2. Evenflo Pivot Xplore

Evenflo Pivot Xplore stroller wagon is a great choice for parents looking for a stroller that is versatile. The Evenflo Pivot can be transformed from a stroller to the wagon by turning the handle. Parents can then select which mode is best for their needs. The wagon is able to accommodate two or three children ranging from 6 months to five years old. It has a huge storage basket that can hold all your necessities while on the go.

The Xplore also features dual canopies that rotate from the front to the back, offering ample sun coverage for all family members. It also has a footwell that is not as deep or wide as some wagons, so it might not be comfortable for longer excursions or for napping.

The frame of the Xplore wagon feels solid and sturdy however, it isn't able to bend as much as some other wagons we have test. It is also more difficult to fold than many of the competition, and it does not secure when folded.  Single Pushchair sale  is easy to move, however, and can fit through doors that are narrower than 28 inches.

3. Delta Children LX Side by Side

This Delta Children bare-bones travel stroller is a great option for parents who are looking for a second stroller that is affordable. It scored highly in our Strollers & Multiples Test for its weight and folded dimensions, meaning it is lightweight, compact when folded, and easy to lift and store in a trunk for your car. It also features a reclined seat that can be reclined in several positions as well as a cup holder for the parent. Other important features include 360-degree shock absorbing front wheels, as well as two large hanging storage bags.

In our test of push and turn, it did better than the majority of other cheap strollers we tried, but it's not the most maneuverable on uneven terrain or through narrow doors. The sunshades it has are among the ones we tested the smallest, providing only direct overhead coverage and no windows that peek out. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 and Zoe Twin+ have much larger canopy sizes.

It took us less than three minutes to put together the Delta using a standard manual. The parts are all non-required and required tools. It is missing certain features we consider essential for double strollers. This includes an extra-large basket, reclining seats, and leg rests that can be adjusted.

4. Maxi-Cosi Zelia 2-in-1

The Zelia is the newest version of Maxi-Cosi's pushchair range and is billed as an urban travel system. It can be used from birth until 3.5-years-old. The seat and carrycot can be easily converted with just a few clicks. It can be used with Maxi-Cosi capsule car seats and comes complete with the light Mico 30 infant car seat, a stay-incar base and a reversible baby carriage.

It's really easy to manoeuvre and the one-hand reclining of the seat and the massive shopping basket make it simple for parent-tots to get the child in and out quickly. This compact pushchair can handle every day bumps and doors easily.

The front wheels are able to be locked in a forward position or swivel. This is helpful for navigating through rough terrain. On our walk along the stony path we let them swivel and it performed well although it did seem slightly bumpier than other models on test.

5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2

Baby Jogger is best known for its 3-wheeled, all-terrain, strollers for jogging. However, they also make a broad range of 4-wheeler pushchairs. City Tour 2 is their most loved model. It is easy to use and folds down small enough to fit into a car boot even with the carrycot attached.

It's a bit heavier than other strollers that we tested but the wheels are a rubber composite so it feels well-made and sturdy. It is easy to maneuver over different terrains and even with two kids as well as a shopping bag and other things.

The seat and carrycot both come with hoods with pull-down UV50+ sun canopy extensions. They are showerproof and sturdy unlike other pram hoods that get turned back into toddlers' faces.

It doesn't have a lot of storage space, but it does have a big basket that's big enough to hold an infant's changing bag and plenty of food items. It can also be connected with a Baby Jogger infant car seat to create a traveling system for infants up to 20 lb (car seat and adapters sold separately). The City Tour 2 is a excellent choice if you wish to use a stroller on the go.

The chassis has a built-in suspension system which reduces the impact of bumpy terrain. The wheels are constructed of tough foam and reduce punctures. Our tester found it to be smooth to push and was able to maneuver it through narrow streets with ease.

It locks automatically and folds in just four steps. It can also stand and be rolled around for easier transportation in the car's boot or down the stairs at home. It also comes equipped with the ability to add a car seat and a carrycot using the included adaptors. The brakes have a single action and are colour coded. They also can be used with flip-flops.

7. Babyzen Duet

This budget pushchair is simple to use and comes with a fantastic dual suspension. It folds with one hand and comes with a convenient carrying strap. It's also light and robust. The seat can be reclined to many different positions. It also has a double-breathable mattress that is suitable for infants.

The canopy/seat has two large sun visors that are fixed or removed. Both are UPF50+. The toggle closure isn't ideal as it’s not as quiet as Velcro and could cause sleepy babies to wake up.

The Duet is an angled stroller that can accommodate twins or siblings. (Up to 22kg per seat). It can be used with two infant car seats and some carrycots. In twin mode, the seats can be placed so that they face each other. They can also be oriented to face the parents. This can help to reduce sibling disputes over who sits with mom and dad. It comes with a massive bottle holder, a gear tray snack tray, and a change mat. It also has a compact stand fold and automatic frame lock.

8. Baby Jogger Urban Glide 2

The Thule Urban glide 2 is the ideal jogger for parents who love to be active. It's among the lightest strollers for running that you can buy your child. It also comes with great safety features, such as a 5-point safety harness as well as a wrist safety strap. It also has a twist hand brake that's different than the lever type used on rival models.

The seat is well-padded and has plenty of room to sit in, but the seat's depth is not as deep as other joggers we've tried (it's approximately 10"). The storage bin is equipped with an enclosed zipper to help keep things secure. It can hold up to 10 lbs, which is enough for most diaper bags.

The Urban Glide 2 isn't compatible with bassinets or infant car seats as it comes, but you can use it right from the start by purchasing adapters for the majority of seats made by brands like BOB, Graco, Combi, Evenflo, Britax, and UPPAbaby. It folds compactly and takes between 5 and 10 minutes to assemble without tools. The manual is easy to comprehend and contains multiple languages.
